By making a donation through OperationWarriorFit.com, you agree to the terms of this Donation Disclaimer.

1. Tax Deductibility (Pending IRS Determination)

Operation WarriorFit, Inc. has submitted its application for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and is currently awaiting formal approval.

At this time, we cannot guarantee that any donation will be tax-deductible, and we encourage donors to consult their tax advisor for guidance prior to claiming any deduction.

If and when the IRS approves Operation WarriorFit’s tax-exempt status, the effective date will be retroactive to the date of incorporation (as permitted under IRS guidelines). Should this occur, donations made during the pending period may become retroactively tax-deductible.

We will notify all donors of our final determination and will issue updated receipts upon request once status is confirmed.

2. Refund Policy

All donations are final and non-refundable, except in the case of proven technical error or duplicate transaction. If you believe a mistake has been made, please contact us within 14 days of the donation date.

3. Designated Gifts

While we strive to honor all donor designations (e.g., race sponsorships, memorial gifts), OWF retains the discretion to allocate funds where they are most needed to uphold our mission.

Donations may be used for:

• Race entry fees and training support

• Participant gear, wellness resources, and outreach

• Event partnerships and logistics

• Program development and administrative operations

• Expansion of new service divisions (e.g., Operation Tribe, Operation Response)

We do not sell, rent, or trade donor information. Donor records are securely maintained in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request updates or preferences at any time.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All donation-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. By donating, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of North Carolina courts in the event of a dispute.
